FAQ & Shipping

  • What age are your boxes aimed at?

Anyone can benefit from imaginative play. Our boxes are suitable for all ages young to old. We find that children aged 3 – 10 tend to enjoy our boxes the most. We encourage adult supervision, making it a time to play together. It is important to note that all our boxes contain small parts which can be a choking hazard, therefore they may not be suitable for children under 3 years of age.

  • What is your playdough made from?

Our play dough is made using non-toxic food grade ingredients - flour, salt, cream of tartar, oil, water, food colouring and 100% essential oils. Some contain non-edible glitter making it unsuitable to eat. Please note that our playdoughs are made in kitchens that may contain traces of nuts.

  • How do we keep our playdough fresh?

Our playdough is handmade fresh to order and can last up to 6 months provided it is played with regularly, stored correctly in the jars provided, not contaminated with other items and kept out of direct sunlight. The more you play with your dough the better. If salt crystals begin to form this is normal. Just knead and they should disappear.

  • My box looks different to the picture on the website?

Our boxes will vary slightly to the pictures on our website. Some items have different types of the same thing. We always make sure each box has an even spread of items, even if the materials may vary. They all end up with equal value and fun!!

  • We lost our playdough, can I purchase more?

You sure can! Just send us a DM or email and we can arrange this.
